- You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the components in any form.
- You may not create derivative component libraries, UI kits or templates for sale or free distribution.
- You may not publish our code publicly (e.g. open‑source repositories) or use it to build a competing service.
- You may not claim the components as your own work.
- The license is non‑transferable and tied to the purchaser.
Restrictions & Enforcement
Unauthorized use—including unlicensed use, redistribution or resale—will be treated as a lost sale and may result in legal action. We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these terms.
Payments
We offer different purchase plans and payment options:
- Annual plan includes 1 year of updates.
- Lifetime plan includes perpetual access and updates for as long as the product is supported.
- All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our services, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided.
Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to code, designs and documentation, remains the intellectual property of Cult UI. Your license grants you usage rights but does not transfer ownership.
Limitation of Liability
We provide our services "as is" without any warranty. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
